Description: The 5x Handheld Magnifier now has a Amber Contrast Lens that is ideal
for low vision users. Amber lenses increase contrast, reduce glare, and
provide 5X magnification through a 1 3/8" diameter lens. Unlike clear
lenses, amber lenses are “blue blockers”- they effectively block blue light,
thereby increasing contrast and reducing glare. The result is a sharper
image and less strain to the eyes. Blue blockers are ideal for low vision
users, especially patients with Macular Degeneration (AMD).
Requires 2AA batteries (not included).
