Shipping Cost

If your order is shipping in the United States we offer free ground shipping on orders over $30.00. If your order is under $30.00 our least expensive shipping method is ship and save. This is shipping via UPS ground and costs $7.95 no matter how much you ship. If you require faster shipping than ground shipping or are shipping out of the country than the shipping is calculated on a case by case basis by our system.

Weekend Delivery
Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
Packages going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may require an additional shipping charge if going to a remote area. Bigger & Brighter will contact the customer if there are any additional charges.

Military Addresses
Packages sent to APO and FPO addresses cannot be shipped via UPS and will therefore be sent via the U.S. Postal Service.

International Shipping
Bigger & Brighter ships our products to nearly every country in the world. Shipping costs for international deliveries vary depending on country. Bigger & Brighter will contact the customer if there is an issue with the selected shipping method. Bigger & Brighter is not responsible for shipping delays or problems once a package leaves our premises.

Shipping Surcharges
In the event where an order is very large and requires multiple shipping boxes, additional shipping charges may be incurred. Bigger & Brighter will contact the customer if there is an issue with the selected shipping method.

Sales Tax
If the destination of your package is within the states of Massachusetts,Maryland or California, sales tax will be added to your order. If the destination of your package is outside these states, no sales tax will be charged.

Out-of-Stock Items
In the rare case that an order contains an item that is out-of-stock, it is our policy to ship those items that are in stock immediately. We will then ship the back-ordered item as soon as it is available.
